1. No Refunds:

1.1 The Promoter operates a strict no-refunds policy for Competition entries. All entries are final, and no refunds will be issued once an entry has been submitted, except when the Promoter cancels the Competition or is required by applicable law.

2. Competition Cancellation:

2.1 If RR Competitions cancels a competition, all participants will receive a full refund of their entry fee.

3. Refund Exceptions:

3.1 Refunds will not be issued for:

  1. Incorrect answers or disqualification from the competition
  2. Failure to claim a prize within the specified timeframe
  3. Ineligibility to enter the competition or claim a prize
  4. Disqualification due to violation of competition rules or terms and conditions
  5. If the entrant engages in any form of fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or unauthorized interference with the website

 

4. Fraud and Abuse:

4.1 RR Competitions reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases of suspected fraud or refund policy abuse.

 

5. Consumer Rights:

5.1 This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under Malaysian law.

6. Prize Availability:

6.1 Prizes are subject to availability. RR Competitions reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.

 

7. Claiming Prizes:

7.1 Winners must claim prizes personally. A third party may not claim prizes on the winner’s behalf.

8. Cash Prizes:

8.1 For cash prizes, winners must provide evidence that they are the sole or joint beneficiaries of the bank account within 14 days of being notified of their win. Failure to do so may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize.

9. Prize Storage:

9.1 RR Competitions will store prizes for up to 30 days after notifying the winner. After this period, any storage costs will be the responsibility of the winner and must be paid before receiving the prize.
