1. Eligibility and Entry Requirements
1.1 Qualifying Persons:
1.1.1 RR COMPETITIONS (‘RR,’ ‘Promoter,’ ‘our(s)’) organizes skilled prize competitions at selected events, apps, and the website www.rrcompetitions.com (the ‘Website’) – (the ‘Competitions’).
1.1.2 Competitions are open to individuals aged 18 and above, excluding RR’s employees, their immediate family, agents, or those connected to competition creation/administration.
1.2 Legal Undertaking:
1.2.1 By participating (‘Entrant,’ ‘you,’ ‘your(s)’), you affirm legal capacity to enter, understand, and adhere to these Terms and Conditions and comply with related promotional requirements.
1.3 Jurisdiction:
1.3.1 Competitions fall under Malaysian Law, resolved and governed by Malaysian Law, with exclusive jurisdiction in the Courts of Malaysia.
2. Competition Entry
2.1 Competitions are accessible online via the Website or occasionally at temporary physical locations.
2.2 Pricing and availability of Competitions and tickets are at the Promoter’s discretion, specified at the point of sale.
3. Promotion Periods
3.1 Each Competition has specified start and end times (‘Promotion Period(s)’). The Promoter will determine the correct answers before the Competition closes.
3.2 All eligible entries will be reviewed within forty-eight (48) hours of the end of the respective Promotion Period, and qualifying entrants will be entered into a random draw to select the winners. An external verification service will independently conduct the draw.
4. Postal Entries
4.1 Postal Entry Competitions:
4.1.1 Each postal entry has the same chance per entry to win a prize as an online ticket. Besides the postage cost, there is no requirement to pay to enter using this entry route.
4.1.2 Entrants must have an active account on our Website when the postal entries are processed, and all details provided on the postcard or letter must match the details on the related user account.
4.1.3 To participate in a Competition by Postal Entry (where available), Entrants must send a handwritten postcard or letter containing the following information:
– a) Full name;
– b) Address (including city and postcode);
– c) Telephone number;
– d) Registered e-mail address for your RR Account;
– e) Name of the Postal Entry Competition you want to enter;
– f) Your choice of prize from the selection available for the respective Postal Entry Competition (if applicable).
4.1.4 All handwriting on the postcards or letters must be clear. No mechanically reproduced Entries are permitted. The postcard/letter must be sent by post to the following address: SHOP NO.6, 1ST FLOOR, LUYANG PHASE 6, 88300 KOTA KINABALU, SABAH, MALAYSIA. First- or second-class postage must be paid for each entry. Postal Entries must be stamped, and postcards and letters will not be accepted directly through the letterbox.
4.1.5 Each postcard or letter must be sent within the Promotion Period. Any postcard or letter with a postage stamp date outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted as a valid Postal Entry.
4.1.6 A maximum of one Entry can be made per postcard or letter received; bulk entries (within the same envelope) will not be accepted. You may send separately as many postal entries as you wish, up to the maximum postal entry competition entry limit specified under these Terms and Conditions.
4.1.7 Postal Entries will not be deemed entered into the Competition until we confirm your Entry to you by email or it is registered in your RR Account.
4.1.8 Any postal entries that fail to comply with all of the requirements above will be considered void. All valid postal entries will be included in the corresponding prize draw of the postal entry competition, alongside valid paid Online Tickets.
4.1.9 The Promoter reserves the right to refuse or disqualify any incomplete Entries if it has reasonable grounds for believing that an Entrant has contravened any of these Terms and Conditions.
4.1.10 To the extent permitted by applicable law, all Entries become our property and will not be returned.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
5.1 Winners (‘Winner(s)’) will be contacted using the provided contact details within five (5) days of the Competition’s end.
5.2 Failure to contact or qualify within the specified period will result in disqualification and a prize redraw.
6. Extending Competition Deadlines
6.1 The Promoter reserves the right to extend competition deadlines if circumstances disrupt fair conduct or the competition can’t run as planned.
7. Winner’s Details
7.1 Before receiving the prize, winners must provide the necessary documentation (e.g., passport) for identity confirmation and payment method validation.
7.2 All Winners must consent to photographs/videos for future marketing and public relations purposes.
7.3 After receipt and verification of the requested details, Winners will be contacted to arrange prize delivery. If the Competition did not allow for pre-selection of a prize, the Winner must choose from the available selection and notify the Promoter in writing.
8. Competition Prizes
8.1 Competitions offer various prize categories (Cars, Cash amounts, Electronic Gear, Computers, Crypto, and Other prizes). Specific prize terms and conditions bind Winners.
(a) Only one prize (‘First Prize’) will be awarded for each skill-based competition, not one per prize listed.
(b) If the Promoter cannot provide the stated First Prize due to circumstances beyond its control (unreasonable waiting/delivery timescales or model discontinuation, etc.), the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to award the cash equivalent.
(c) The first Prize will be delivered with UK VAT paid in the UK. The First Prize will be delivered in the EU, and UK VAT will be paid. Still, any further costs (additional VAT/taxes/import duties/registration costs due in the destination/country of final registration) will be the responsibility of the First Prize Winner. In all other countries, the First Prize will be shipped (net of all taxes) to the nearest port, and any applicable import duties, registration costs, or any further taxes or duties of any nature due in the destination country will be the responsibility of the First Prize Winner. The Promoter reserves the right not to deliver to certain countries. The Promoter cannot guarantee that all prizes won if exported, will conform to local standards in the destination country. The First Prize Winner is responsible for checking this and choosing the appropriate cash alternative.
(d) To avoid doubt, the maximum value that The Promoter will be liable to pay for or towards any prize is the cash equivalent of the prize as advertised on our website. RR will only transact with manufacturer-recommended principal dealers.
(e) Skill-based Competition Cash Alternative: Should a Skill-based Competition Winner not wish to deliver one of the First Prizes (including vehicles or other items listed, excluding actual cash prizes), the Skill-based Competition Cash Alternative can be claimed. The Cash Alternative is 70% of the RRP of the Prizes as displayed on the website.
(f) During a Skill-based Competition, if the Promoter cannot provide the stated First Prize due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to award a selection of substitute prizes of equal or more excellent value.
(g) If a prize from the Car Category is won as First Prize in a Skill-based Competition, clauses 8.1 (a – f) shall apply. However, no complimentary insurance or servicing amounts are payable on other non-car prizes (irrespective of whether they are a vehicle or a form of transport) won in a Skill-based Competition.
9. Prize Limitations
9.1 Individuals can enter any competition in any category, but only one prize or the cash equivalent will be awarded per category.
10. Refer a Friend
10.1 Referral schemes rewarding genuine referrals may have limits and rules enforced to deter abuse.
11. Storage
11.1 The Promoter offers free storage for the chosen prize for a limited period post-notification to the Winner.
12. Limits of Liability
12.1 The Promoter holds no liability for consequential losses except in negligence leading to injury or death.
13. Electronic Communications
13.1 The Promoter disclaims responsibility for computer-related malfunctions or errors affecting prize allocation.
14. Data Protection Notice
14.1 Personal data provided will be used for Competition administration and may be disclosed to third parties as necessary.

16. Refunds
16.1 Refund Policy:
16.1.1 The Promoter operates a strict no-refunds policy for Competition entries. All entries are final, and no refunds will be issued once an entry has been submitted, except when the Promoter cancels the Competition or is required by applicable law.
16.1.2 In the event that the Promoter cancels the Competition, all Entrants will be entitled to a full refund of their entry fees.

16.2 No Refunds on Postal Entries:
16.2.1 Please note that the postage cost for Postal Entries is non-refundable under any circumstances.
